Beware of Secret Shopper Letters

Recently, Robins Federal Credit Union has been made aware that individuals have received secret shopper letters from BMA Mystery Shopping along with a check from Robins Federal Credit Union.  The check is counterfeit and the letter is a fraud.  The letter instructs the recipient to contact a research associate to receive details on how to deposit the check at the bank.  If you have received one of these checks and letters, please contact the credit union toll free at 800.241.2405, or locally at 478.923.3773, and then press option 7 for our credit union call center.  To view a copy of the fraudulent letter and counterfeit check, please click here.
