eAlerts are notices about activity on your
account that can be sent to your e-mail address
or as a text message to your mobile phone. And best of all, eAlerts
are FREE.
You can choose from any of the following types of eAlerts:
- Low Balance
- Direct Deposit Received
- Specific Check Number Cleared
- Large Debit Card or ATM Transaction
- Automatic Withdrawals including Bill Pay
- Insuffient Funds
- Loans/VISA Payment Due
- Low Available Credit VISA/Line of Credit
- Credit Card Purchase
- Loan Payment Change
- Maturing Certificate
- Mailing Address Change
- Reg D Limit Reached
Registration is easy! You may activate and manage your eAlerts from your online banking account.
- Log in to your online banking account
- Select eAlerts from the menu at the left side of the page
- Select the Add eAlert icon
- Select the event you wish to be notified about
- Click Continue
- Fill out the necessary fields of information. You may choose to have eAlerts sent up to 3 email addresses, of if you wish to have eAlerts sent as a text message to your mobile phone, simply enter the email address of your mobile phone in the email address field.
- Click Continue
- You will then see that the eAlert has been added
To add more alerts, simply click on the Add eAlert icon and follow the same steps. You may add or delete eAlerts at any time.
