eStatements are an electronic version of your regular Robins Federal Credit Union statement that you would normally receive in the mail. They're faster, easier to store for your records, and they save paper and postage. eStatements also reduce the risk of having your statement lost or stolen which helps prevent identity theft. You can print your e-statement, save it to disk, archive it for later, or choose to view it online only.

Your eStatements are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. eStatements are stored up to 12 months which starts when you receive your first e-Statement. They will be listed in ascending order beginning with the first electronic statement you receive. You will receive an email notification each month when a new statement has been processed.

To retrieve your eStatement simply login to your online banking account and select View eStatements from the left side menu. eStatements are available in two convenient formats, HTML and PDF. Select HTML format for a quick on screen view of your statement. Select PDF format for printing or downloading a copy of your statement to your personal computer.
