Robins Federal Credit Union will never solicit e-mails requesting your credit union username, password, pin number, or other personal identity information.

Information We Collect

We collect information about our members for lawful business purposes, or as otherwise required by applicable law. We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:

(a) Information we receive from you on membership and loan applications and other forms and any communications you send to us including electronic messages;

(b) Information about your transactions with us or others;

(c) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency;

(d) Other third parties, such as market research firms, that provide us with a variety of information regarding our members, such as the number of individuals in a household and home ownership;

(e) Information obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application or other forms, such as from your current or past employers or from other institutions where you conduct financial transactions; and

(f ) Online, such as from cookies or other technology that may be used to remember passwords for you.

Information We Share

We are committed to providing you with competitive products and services to meet your financial needs; this may require that we share information about you with others to complete your transactions and provide you with a choice of products and services. We may also disclose the following types of nonpublic personal information about you:

(a) Information we receive from you on applications and other forms, such as your name, address, Social Security number, telephone number, e-mail address, and income;

(b) Information about your transactions with us or other companies that work closely with us to provide you with financial products and services, such as account balances, payment history, and credit card usage;

(c) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history;

(d)We may also disclose all the information we collect to companies that perform marketing and other services on our behalf; and
