If you suspect the following…

  • Unauthorized Check/Paper Draft Activity

  • Unauthorized Wire Transfer
  • Lost or Stolen Robins Federal Credit Union Credit Card

Fraud involving your:

  • Equity Line
  • Consumer Loan
  • Small Business Loan

Suspicious Robins Federal emails (phishing) or scams

Call Robins Federal Credit Union’s Call Center immediately at 478.923.3773 locally, or toll free at 800.241.2405.

To report lost or stolen debit/credit cards to RFCU:

  • You may block your debit/credit card through Online Banking.
  • After hours, weekends, or holidays:
    • Telephone (478) 923-3773 or (800) 241-2405 and press option 1 and then press 3 to block your card.
  • Speak to a Call Center Agent by calling:
    • Local (478) 923-3773
    • Toll-Free (800) 241-2405

To report lost or stolen checks to RFCU:

  • Place a stop payment on your checks until you can close your account.
  • You may place a stop payment on your checks through Online Banking
  • After hours, weekends, or holidays:
    • Telephone (478) 923-3773 or (800) 241-2405 and press option 1 and then press 6 (checking inf.) to place a stop payment.
  • Speak to a Call Center Agent by calling:
    • Local (478) 923-3773 or Toll Free (800) 241-2405
