Robins Federal Credit Union installed an upgrade to better assist our members with our FREE online service, eAlerts. With this update, we were able to add 12 additional eAlerts for you to choose from. Below is a listing of eAlerts you can choose from to better help you keep up with activity on your account.

For those that may not be familiar with this product, eAlerts allows you to receive a notification via email, or text message to your mobile phone with information regarding account activity. eAlerts are set up in Online Banking. When a certain transaction happens on your account, a message will be sent to you indicating that activity.

For example: If you sign up for the Direct Deposit eAlert, when your direct deposit is deposited into your account, you will receive an eAlert message to notify you that the deposit was made.

If you have not yet tried eAlerts, we recommend that you do. It's convenient, keeps you up to date on your account, and best of all, the service is FREE.
