Telephone Banking

All you need is your personal code and you're ready to conduct your Credit Union business conveniently with your touch-tone phone. Just call (478) 923-3773 locally or toll free at (800) 241-2405 and choose the 24-Hour Telephone Teller Option 1.


To Use Telephone Banking, Simply Follow These Steps:

  • Call (478) 923-3773 (locally) or (800) 241.2405, press 1, then press 1 again to begin using the service. First time users need only to enter their account number and follow the system prompts to set up an access code.
  • Once in Telephone Banking, you'll be asked to enter your account number, followed by the pound (#) sign.
  • Then enter your personal identification number (PIN) followed by the pound (#) sign. If you don't have a PIN for your account, you will be asked to select a 4-digit PIN, and to verify it with your Social Security number.
  • Now you're ready to conduct your credit union business quickly and conveniently.

Telephone Banking offers two choices for members. MENU MODE is for beginners and will talk you through each transaction. EXPERT MODE is for faster service. You may switch from MENU MODE to EXPERT MODE at any time. To change from MENU MODE TO EXPERT MODE, enter 7 for additional options; then enter 4 to Change Audio Response Preferences; then enter 2 to change to EXPERT MODE. To change from EXPERT MODE to MENU MODE, use transaction code 76#.
