ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to members of Robins Financial Credit Union. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Robins Financial Credit Union and immediate family members (persons living in the same households of each of the above) are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. All Financial, State and local laws apply.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Members of Robins Financial Credit Union are automatically entered if: you open a MyBenefits Checking account between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“E.T.”) on 8/1/2024 and 11:59 PM E.T. on 9/30/2024. Limit one entry per person. PRIZE
A $1954 deposit into your Robins Financial Credit Union account. No transfer or substitution equivalent of prizes permitted by winner. Financial, State and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner has the right to refuse the prizes; if this happens another winner will be chosen from the entries.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
On or about 10/5/2024, winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified by phone or mail or about the drawing date. The winner agrees to allow Robins Financial Credit Union to use his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. By entering, entrants agree and acknowledge that Robins Financial Credit Union and its affiliates, and advertising and promotions agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections or transmission errors; (iii) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes. Robins Financial Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should any cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Robins Financial Credit Union. Robins Financial Credit Union may use the winner’s name, likeness and city name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner, members of any winner’s household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by Robins Financial Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt Robins Financial Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, chooses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, and will execute a prize acceptance and release that provides for such a release of Robins Financial Credit Union from all claims and liability.
