Bill Pay

Robins Financial’s free Bill Pay can simplify your life. You can pay all your bills digitally with just the click of a mouse.

Bill Pay Enrollment

1. Select Enroll in Bill Pay on the Account Summary homepage.

2. Select which account you would like to enroll.
3. Then select Enroll in Bill Pay.
4. If you do not wish to enroll in Bill Pay select Cancel.

5. A successful enrollment alert will populate, select Continue to Bill Pay.

6. You will then be sent to Mobile Bill Pay.

Bill Pay New User

7. To access the full Bill Pay site select Products and Services.
8. Then select Bill Pay.

9. Our Robins Financial Credit Union Bill Pay Agreement will appear.
10. Review this document and if you agree select I Accept, if you do not agree select I Do Not Accept.
11. If you accepted the Agreement then another document will populate.
12. This is our Terms and Conditions, review this document as well and if you agree select Yes, I accept the terms & conditions.
13. Then select Submit.
14. You are now within Bill Pay.
15. If you do not setup any payees the Welcome to your Bill Pay window will appear every time you access Bill Pay. To close this window select either the X in the upper right corner or Continue.

16. To view a demo of the features within Bill Pay select View Demo.
