Robins Financial Credit Union is pleased to offer additional fraud security options for our members. In addition to the phone calls we already make to identify suspicious activity on your account, we are now providing fraud alerts to cardholders via text message.

To set up text alerts please follow the instruction below:

  1. Navigate to the Cards section of the digital banking menu
  2. Select Manage Card Fraud Text
  3. Be sure to read through overview to learn more about how this program works and the different commands that you can text when needed.
  4. Select your preference, whether you want to opt-in or opt-out of the program. (By default you are opted-out)
  5. Select save to save your preference or cancel to not make any changes

  1. Once your preference has been saved, a message will pop up letting you know. You can close or X out of this message.
