Push Notifications Allow you to set up alerts for your mobile device. These alerts are customizable and can be managed all within the digital banking app.

  1. First you will select the push notifications options under the products and services tab of the menu.

  1. The next screen will give you the option to turn on and off the notifications that you set
  2. You can also click Security Alert Settings to see your current alerts or customize new ones

  1. While you are in the security alert settings screen, you can choose to create a New Alert
    1. Here you can select the type of alert you wish to create.

  1. Account Alerts allow you to be notified when your balance is more than, less than, or exactly a specific dollar amount.

  1. History Alerts allow you to be notified when certain transaction activity is processed more than, less than, or exactly a specific dollar amount.

  1. Online Transaction alerts allow you to be notified when one of the following account activity types (indicated in the image) has occurred on your account.

  1. Reminder alerts allow you to be notified when one of the following event types (indicated in the image) has occurred.

  1. Security alerts allow you to be notified when one of the following action types (indicated in the image) has occurred.

  1. This shows you the type of alert that is set and whether it is turned on or off.
    1. Grey indicates the alert is off.
    2. Blue indicates the alert is on.

  1. You can also Edit Delivery Preferences

  1. Once you have edited all of your preferences, you will need to accept the terms and conditions and save the changes.
