Welcome to our new members from Persons. Information needed to enroll in Digital Banking is in your Welcome Packet. Please reference your Welcome Letter. For step-by-step instructions on Digital Banking Enrollment, click here. Once enrolled, to find your direct deposit information, click here. Use our free tool, ClickSwitch, to move any direct deposits for automatic ACH transactions to your new account at Robins. Also, don't forget our branch appointment scheduler to expedite any visit you make to our locations.
As a reminder, Business Online Banking is not available after 5pm on 4/14/23. Retail Online Banking will be read only mode beginning at 5pm on 4/14/23 until 5/1/23. You may enroll in Robins Digital Banking on Monday, April 17th using the information provided to you in your welcome letter.
Acquisition Updates
Earlier this year, Robins Financial Credit Union announced its agreement to acquire Persons Banking Company. This partnership is a proactive step taken by two financially sound institutions with similar histories and philosophies to enhance their strengths and position. The partnership will provide members and employees the best of both organizations as well as the ability to offer expanded products and services, specifically a full suite of commercial services from commercial loans, to enhanced commercial deposit products, as well as more financial assets and combined technology.
The most important thing to remember is that there are no changes to the way Persons customers do business. You will still access your accounts and continue to do business as you always have. All Persons locations will remain open during this time and will continue to serve you during normal business hours. We will continue to post updates to this page as additional information develops.

Integration Timeline:
- 4/10/23 - Persons Bill Pay offline at 9am. No payments will process after this
- 4/14/23 - Persons Retail Online Banking enters read-only mode at 5pm (View only available, no conducting transactions)
- 4/14/23 - Persons Business Online Banking goes offline. No access after 4/14/23
- 4/15/23 - All Persons locations/phones will be closed for systems conversion
- 4/16/23 - Persons Debit Cards active through 11:59pm (Pending transactions will post on new Robins Financial account)
- 4/17/23 - Integration Day - Persons accounts will be on Robins Financial systems
- 4/17/23 - Persons members can begin enrolling in Robins Financial Digital Banking as first time users
- 5/01/23 - Persons Retail Online Banking read-only access removed
