Security of our Online Services
Robins Federal Credit Union is committed to the expansion and
enhancement of our online services. As part of this commitment to our members we have state-of-the-art security measures in place to ensure online account access is safe and secure. When you are using Robins Federal Credit Union's online banking, you are accessing your account information using a secured connection. The transfer of your account data from our host system to your personal computer is in encrypted format.
Robins Federal authenticates each online banking user by verifying your account number and password combination each time you sign on to our online banking service. In addition to the account login process, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an extra layer of security requiring you to answer Personal Verification Questions (PVQs) to ensure that you are the only one who can gain access to your account information online.
Each user session is set for a specific period of time. When it is exceeded the session times out. If your session times out and you are not finished you will need to sign on again. This reduces the window of opportunity for an unauthorized user to access your account information.
Requests to change your personal information including online banking password, email address and mail address must be made by contacting our call center or visiting your local branch.
In addition to the safety measures implemented by Robins Federal, it is important that you protect your own personal computer from unauthorized access by installing anti-virus software, a firewall and spyware detection software. For optimal effectiveness this software should be updated
regularly with the latest definitions and new releases.
Robins Federal is confident that access to your account information using our online services will continue to be safe, secure and confidential.
