Official 70th Auto Loan Refi Payoff Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Robins Financial Credit Union (“Credit Union”) 70th Auto Loan Refi Payoff Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to these Terms and Conditions, including eligibility requirements as discussed in further detail below. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open to all members of Credit Union that are 18 years of age or over and residing in the state of Georgia. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Credit Union and immediate family members (e.g. spouse, child, sibling, or parent) are ineligible.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Members of Credit Union are automatically entered if: you have an approved automobile refinancing application that is received by the Credit Union on or before 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“E.T.”) on 4/1/2024 but not later than 11:59 PM E.T. on 6/29/2024 (Limited to one entry per person). If you would like to enter the drawing by mail, please send a 3” x 5” card with your name, address, and phone number to: Credit Union, 70th Auto Loan Refi Payoff Sweepstakes, ATTN: Marketing, PO Box 6849, Warner Robins, GA 31095
PRIZE
One (1) entrant will receive a loan payoff of up to $35,000.00 to be applied to their current balance on their RFCU refinanced automobile loan (“Prize”). No transfer or substitution equivalent of prizes permitted by winner.
ALL EXPENSES, TAXES, AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE, AND THE REPORTING CONSEQUENCE THEREOF, ARE THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNER. PRIZE IS AWARDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND BY CREDIT UNION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
On or about 7/8/2024, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Selected winner will be notified by phone or mail on or about the drawing date.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are final in all respects. By entering, entrants agree and acknowledge that Credit Union and its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies and their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections or transmission errors; (iii) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes. Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should any cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Credit Union.
The winner, members of any winner’s household, relatives and persons who use any Prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, chooses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any Prize, and will execute a Prize acceptance and release that provides for such a release of the Credit Union from all claims and liability.
Further, the winner and his or her heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators also consent to the use of the winner’s name, voice, image, biographies, and/ or likeness (individually, together or with others) by Credit Union or their assigns for advertising, publicity and trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity without any additional compensation.
