Stay up to date with your account activity with free account alerts instantly delivered to your inbox. You can receive e-Alerts via email or as an MMS message to your mobile phone.

  1. Select Products and Services in the left hand menu.
  2. Then select eAlerts.
  3. Delete ALL eAlerts removes all of the alerts you have setup.
  4. Review our Frequently Asked Questions to help with your eAlert setup.
  5. To search your eAlerts that have been sent, enter a From date and a To date.
  6. Then select the eAlert type.
  7. Select Show History to process your search.
  8. Review our What’s this? link which displays what type of eAlerts we offer.
  9. Click Edit to make adjustments to your already existing eAlerts.
  10. Click Delete to remove any eAlerts you no longer need.

E-Alerts Menu Item

  1. Select Add New Alerts.
    1. Review Help to determine what type or eAlert you would like to setup.
    2. Select which eAlert type.
    3. Select Continue to proceed with your eAlert setup.
    4. Select Cancel to go back to the eAlert page.
    5. Frequently Asked Questions helps you with your eAlert questions.
    6. Notify Me allows you select what frequency you would like to receive the alert.
    7. Help explains why a Minimum Balance is needed.
    8. Share ID allows you select what shares this alert will be for.
    9. Enter the Minimum Balance.
    10. Enter which Email Address you would like to receive the alert.
    11. Enter which Cell Phone Address you would like to receive the alert.
    12. Select the time period you would like to receive the alert.
    13. Select how much detail you would like in the alert and you can Nickname the account.
    14. Select Continue to save the alert.
    15. Select Cancel to go back to the eAlert page.
    16. Frequently Asked Questions helps you with your eAlert questions.
