The Online Activity Center is a one-stop-shop for all transactions that you have conducted within your Digital Banking. This center is broken down into three different tabs: Single Transactions, Recurring Transactions and Deposited Checks.

  1. Select Transactions and History in the left hand menu.
  2. Then select Online Activity Center.

  1. Select Single Transactions to view one-time transfers.
    1. Double clicking each individual account bar will drop down the full details for each Single Transaction.
    2. Actions gives you the options to Cancel, Copy, View transactions in series and Print Details.
    3. Cancel will cancel your Single Transaction. (Single Transactions that are cancelled and are within a Recurring Transaction will still produce the next transaction in that series)
    4. Copy will copy your transaction details.
    5. View transactions in series links directly to your corresponding Recurring Transaction series. (Here you will be able to Cancel the full series)
    6. Print Details will print your transactions details.

  1. Select Recurring Transactions to view all recurring transfers you have set up.
    1. Double clicking each individual account bar will drop down the full details for each Recurring Transaction.
    2. Actions gives you the options to Cancel Series, Copy, View transactions in series and Print Details.
    3. Cancel Series will cancel all transactions within your series.
    4. Copy will copy your transaction details.
    5. View transactions in series links directly to your corresponding Recurring Transaction series.
    6. Print Details will print your transactions details.

  1. Select Deposited Checks to view images of checks you have deposited in the past six months.
  2. Search Transactions allows you to search for any type of transaction you have conducted. For example: if you type Mortgage into the search field, only mortgage transactions will be displayed.
  3. Filters for Single Transactions and Recurring Transactions gives you multiple options to narrow down your transaction search results.
    1. Transaction Type gives you the options to filter by Funds Transfer, Change of Address, Check Reorder and External Transfer.
    2. Status gives you the options to filter by Authorized, Cancelled, Drafted, Failed, On Hold, Pending and Processed transactions.
    3. Account gives you the options to filter by any one of your accounts.
    4. Created By gives you the options to filter by name.
    5. Start Date and End Date allow you to add a period of time you would like to filter.
    6. Transaction ID allows you to filter by the unique Transaction ID created when you authorized the transaction.
    7. Amount allows you to filter by a dollar amount range.
    8. Reset allows you to reset all filters.
    9. Apply applies all of the filters you have selected.

  1. Filters for Deposited Checks are slightly different for Single or Recurring Transactions.
    1. Transaction Type only has Deposited Checks available.
    2. Time Period gives you the options to filter by Today, Yesterday, This Month and Custom Date.
    3. Amount allows you to filter by a dollar amount range.
    4. Created By gives you the options to filter by name.
    5. Status gives you the options to filter by Accepted, Rejected and Submitted.
    6. Check # gives you the options to filter by a check number range.
    7. Reset allows you to reset all filters.
    8. Apply applies all of the filters you have selected.

  1. Favorites allows you to save previously searched and/or filtered transactions.
    1. This icon allows you to save your searches and/or filters.

  1. This icon allows you to print your searched and/or filtered transactions.
  2. This icon allows you to export your search and/or filtered transactions.
