Contact Preferences allows you to update you address and contact information associated with your account.
- Select Self Service Options in the left hand menu.
- Then select Contact Preferences.
- This section is for updating your Address information
- Here is where you can edit your contact information
- Lastly you can select your preferred method of contact
- If you need to cancel any of your changes you can just select Cancel
- Once you are done making changes, you will select Submit.
- After your changes have been submitted, you can select close to go back to the main contact preferences page
- If you changed your phone number on file, then you will also need to update your Secure Access Code (SAC) numbers.
