Contact Preferences allows you to update you address and contact information associated with your account.

  1. Select Self Service Options in the left hand menu.
  2. Then select Contact Preferences.

  1. This section is for updating your Address information
  2. Here is where you can edit your contact information
  3. Lastly you can select your preferred method of contact
  4. If you need to cancel any of your changes you can just select Cancel
  5. Once you are done making changes, you will select Submit.

  1. After your changes have been submitted, you can select close to go back to the main contact preferences page
  2. If you changed your phone number on file, then you will also need to update your Secure Access Code (SAC) numbers.
